one of the websites i'm working on has come to a bit of a halt..its over the delivery of clothing and jewellery supplies.
basically..my client ordered lots of products from a company to supply local stores..this worked well..but now they are building up their own store and online shop and the supplier has sent the wrong/broken/lost products 3 times! they've refunded etc etc and we understand that they are dirt cheap..you get what you pay for..but ofcourse, my client cannot keep sending things back..no matter how cheap they are.
does anybody know of decent clothing/jewellery suppliers that can supply on very low order levels (to test it out) or sale or return items. They don't mind one off, handmade jewellery etc They also don't mind new suppliers to the business who want to test out some products on the website and see how things go..they don't want to spend thousands though! not in the current climate.
any ideas?
