Hi eveyone!

My name is Luis Martin, one of the Directors of flats4U London Ltd, a newly formed company. Our job is find people a new home and we do it online. We are a new online Residential Lettings and Property Management agency.
I would like to welcome you to visit our website... We are trying to do our best, something different, easier and cheaper for both Landlords and Tenants. We are not conventional Property Agents! ;-) Please, have a look at our web, where you can learn more about us. We will very much appreciate your comments, suggestions and ideas! :-)

Yeah good site,

Good luck with it, it seems like a good service.

Any plans of offering this service in Scotland, or is it going to be English focused? I used to rent and personally found it a nightmare dealing with independent landlords, so you would have a market up here anyway!!

Welcome and Hello !

I'm a bit confused as to why your nickname makes Thais smile - is there something we shouldn't know about ;)

Well....Luis is Spanish.

You heard of Iberia Airlines? Right. That's the way you probably pronounce it - aibiria...eye-beer-ia. That's the way the English say it.

It's really pronounced ee-berry-a.

 It's not funny any more if you have to explain it!

It just shows that Luis has a splendid SOH & knows his Brits well!

:D
