Any tips on the best way to find companies who are interested?

I am an intern working for a French company who has a (relatively) new marketing technology/solution, which has proven itself to be very successful. And the company wants to find a distributor in the UK who wants to create a sales team of 4/5 persons to sell the business.

We are Sales & marketing experts who can be retained either on a project or a retained basis. We can build you a sales team or develop a reseller channel for you (the later is a low cost option) we would charge you an agreed project or retained rate payable pro rata each month.
