We have written a

It simply explains what generally happens when a customer makes a credit card purchase, plus a little bit about merchant accounts and alternative payment methods. We use Pay Pal and have found it very reliable and easy to administer.

Thanks for that website link. I am almost reading it every day. It was very informative and is almost like a beginners guide.
