Accounts due but not been trading

Hi my accounts are due but as the company started we had a baby and so everything stopped.

Now accounts, etc are due but the company hasn't traded.

I need help with what to do???

Yes - company accounts have to be prepared even when a company hasnt traded. They are called Dormant Company accounts. You will be fined for late submission of the accounts regardless of whether the company has traded or not.

Yes it can - if you dont want to use an accountant have a look at Companies House website for some guidance.
