Venue needed Lincoln

I'm desperately searching for a venue for language classes in Lincoln central. Must seat up to 15, and have parking.
If anyone knows of anywhere (who will answer the phone/ return messages!) could you please let me know asap.

You could use the meeting room in our office at North Hykeham if you like? It seats around 12 boardroom style, I've been thinking we should rent it out and generate a little income. Plenty of parking too.
