my initial thoughts were that it was very slow to load and the image of the road is irrelevant to your product

thank you, Justin. very valuable indeed! We will think about designing a new banner instead of road.

some sort of flag based graphic might be more appropriate!

Yeah, agree with all of the above... couple of other minors...
The telephone clipart on your contact page is truly hideous
The products pages show a return (presumably from a database) along the lines of "PAGE 1 OF 6 TOTAL 46 RECORD ", which is a bit ugly / offputting
Minor stuff I know but it all adds up to the customer experience :)

keep the attention focused on the product - well shot images and remove the boxes - it's way too busy - one font, one colour - almost streamline waht you have now. I agree with the road - I'd treat it more like an image bank with minimal text and get the product up front.
