Most Ecommerce service providers will suffer the occasional attempt by rogue sorts to hack their software, usually SQL injection attacks, cross-site script attacks or even DoS attacks.
More recently we've noticed a change in tact. Some of our clients have received phishing emails asking them to confirm their login details, or risk losing their account.
We have notified all of our clients, if you also run an Ecommerce service I would recommend you be vigilant and perhaps remind your own clients not to respond to emails asking for confirmation of their account details.
If you want to discuss this in more detail or have experience of the above and are wondering how to defend yourself against it, feel free to PM me.
