Ading community features to an ecommerce website?

Hi Guys,

I am looking at adding some additional features to an ecommerce website, maybe an image gallery, maybe a video gallery, maybe others.

Obviously I don't want to 'cloud' the website, it is a shop after all.

What are your thoughts on this? The idea if to create sticky content and viral marketing built in (plus obvious SEO benefits)

You could always add a forum that is based around the industry/area that the shop sells in
