hi i am doing a questionnaire about PayPal, the questionnaire is designed to ask questions related to internet fraud and user perceptions of the security provided for transactions and is aimed at internet traders:
Firstly how many people would you say use paypal for transactions onthis site?
Would anyone be interested in answering the questionnaire if so how many?
Below i have listed a few of my current questions i would appreciate any feedback of them:
On a scale of 1-5 how would you rate the protection offered for international transactions?
1 = poor 3= Neutral/don’t know 5 = excellent
1 = Unimportant 3 = Don’t know/neutral 5 = Very Important
On the options below how would you detect a Phishing Email? Please rate by level of importance. Please only tick one box per row
False sense of Urgency
Email address
Fake Links
Use of poor grammar
Email Asks for Account Information
Checking for secure connection on screen
Any help in regards to development for this questionnaire would be much appreciated
