I live and work in Isleworth. I have started to attend the pitstop for business events that are held at the Bell and Crown, strand on the green. They are part of the Hounslow Chamber events list. The chamber is having a lunch at the Chiswick Moran Hotel, 626 chiswick high rd on the 29th of October at 12.45am and its free!

London networking events, theres plenty of them, but normally cost so its a great idea to set up meetings through the forums, perhaps a London only meet once a month or something like that?
