Hi,

I am setting up an e-commerce site and want to know if their are any laws I need to adhere to that aren't the obvious. I understand that I need to have T&C's, etc. I know that there are a lot of rules and regulations but they all seem pretty self explanatory but are there any laws as such?

Thanks

Distance Selling Regulations (http://www.internetretailer.biz/partner/distance_selling_regulations.aspx?qsaid=171).

We've also got this article on how to open your own eCommerce shop (http://www.internetretailer.biz/partner/how_to_open_your_own_ecommerce_shop__5_steps_to_se lling_online.aspx?qsaid=213), I apologise in advance if its too basic for your level of experience.
