Only in the sense that, if they can't read English and your site does not have a translation they can't read it (some Russians speak Russian, French, German, other languages, even American, as well as English ;) ).

It may mean that your site is well optmised for international readership, which is only a bad thing if you can only deliver locally, such as a physical installation business. Are you a dentist or a bricklayer, for instance? How well is it doing locally in that circumstance?

You may wish to have a look at how the wording on and marketing of your site could attract your target audience. Or, if the proportions of Russian visitors you quote are falsified purchase attempts, you could panic. Better in that circumstance to get someone to look at your security options (further jesting, of course, see below).

Most likely, though, if it's only stats, you are being looked at as a potential exploitation site but your host is more savvy than to let them in, which is the case with most sites on the planet that have ever been indexed, and you have nothing to worry about.
