Hi everyone,
I am making a e-commerce website, online auction, I am the project planner and leader, 100% money for infrastructure and company expenses is on me. the company is LTD now, planned to be incorporated in three year time
I have two web developers join me, their job is to develop the planned features for the website, in scale, the job is equivalent of 80% of total work
My questions are, what should I do to make sure they have the fair share of company as the are working unpaid.
