I want to start doing some computer maintenance and i need some kind of contract saying that the owner of that computer (my client) has agree, if he has a warranty on that computer,to let me open it and therefor losing the warranty from were he bought the computer.

What exactly i'm going to do:
the Client call me to clean his/her computer.
I charge him £X /hour.
I test the computer to see what software and hardware has on it.
Print a page whit that.
Strip the computer out and clean every piece of it and after that put it back.
Start the PC everything is in order. His computer is faster up 30%.
Client pay me haw many hours did i spend cleaning his PC.

If something is not working right or any compontes have been damaged he dosent pay me anything and i will buy a new component.

Now haw can i put all this into a contract?
Thanks
