Does anyone have knowledge of this?
I know the about initial fee of £750
I am considering my options in recovering a debt / making a claim against a FTSE company.

And if I obtain a small claims judgment against a company in Manchester, are there any debt collectors/bailiffs listening?
thanks

Small claims? Don't go down the stat demand route, just make your claim and more than likely they won't turn up, and you can then get a court bailiff to enforce judgment if necessary.

Yes, already issued the small claim, but now have a £2.5K claim against the same company to issue
