:) Only browsed through the article, might buy the post later. Have to say i dont normally buy newspapers.

I like your 5% commision idea, i had the same idea myself - i offer 10% to the person who refered the work to me. Unfortunatly as a 1 man web development company i cant take on everything everyone offers me so i cant have loads of people offering me work. Difficult to work in my case, but worth it as i only offer the deal to family and friends.

I may however take you up on your offer to give me money :)
