Hi,

we had quite a scare on sat when the hosting company ran into big technical problems, fixed within 4 hrs, but this leads me onto another question(s).

is there a company that can monitor your website, inform you of outages, virus software, faults, error codes, and generally anything that shouldnt be happening. is there ???

also, id like to get my website user tested to make sure it is working on all browsers for everyone, how do i ???

Take a look at Pingdom (http://www.pingdom.com)

It will monitor your site for you (for a cost) and alert you via email/SMS of any outages. We use this to monitor all our servers & services.
