PayPal Pro on one site Paypal Standard on a different store?

I can't find anything on this, but does anyone know if I can use Paypal Pro (there is no monthly charge on this until January) on one of my sites and standard paypal on another?

One of my sites is using Prestashop which is not compatible with Pro.

And a separate question, has anyone used any of the software that you can buy to process multiple Paypal Instant Payment Notification?

Not quite related to your question, but I presume by Paypal Pro you mean Paypal Website Payments Pro, if so, you do know you have to be PCI/CISP compliant?

And relating to your question - have you tried asking them on 0800 358 7921?
