Looking for partner/partners in my latest business venture.

The Product – The product is extremely high class and high value. It is imported and has a high potential in the UK and the EU (at later stages).

The Business – The resources for sourcing of the product is already in place. The company is already registered, the website is already online. In fact the products (a lot off it) is sitting in a warehouse in Cambridgeshire. I already have collaborated with a major UK importer and have access to all their financial, warehousing, transportation and importing resources. What I’m looking for here are people who can assist me build a vast database and then sell the product in bulk to big corporate buyers.

By “big corporate buyers” I mean banks, hotels, retailers (think high class, like M&S, Selfridges and more) or any other big organisation which has a demand for the product. We can start off with one sector, which is most likely to buy and then move to other sectors as we grow.

The person/people I need – I’m looking for young, enthusiastic, professional, elegant girls/women who have a good track record for selling stuff over the phone and/or face to face. The product is quite feminine in nature and so it needs the female persona to sell.

Earnings (the important bit) – This is NOT an employment opportunity. This is a business venture opportunity. So, there are NO salaries to begin with. However, what you get is a share in the profits of the sales. I’m investing my time and energy into this because I know it has the potential to make lots of money.

So if you are entrepreneurial enough to invest some time (to learn everything about the product) and effort (sales) in a project with no need to earn a salary, but are ready to wait for the big profits from the sales then this project is for you. Also, if you live in the West Midlands then it would be an added advantage, as team meetings could be arranged with no hassles.

The upper limit of earnings depends on the team’s ability to sell.

So, if you are a young, enthusiastic girl/woman with brilliant sales abilities and great business ambitions, this could be a perfect lauchpad with the potential to make a lot of money. Trust me when I tell you what the product is the only word you will think off or say is “Wow”.

I do not think you are going to get many takers by posting a message like this. For a start, people would probably wish to know what the product is. Using a Hotmail address as a contact is also not particularly professional and shoots down your credibility immediately. What it seems you are looking for is commission only sales agents. There are a number of sites that recruit such on behalf of principals and they may be a good starting point. However, whay aren't you out there selling this stuff yourself? I think you need to do it yourself first (your message suggests you're not) as then you can more effectively train and manage any sales force.

First of all, I havent said that I'm not going to tell what is product is. If I want people to sell for me I have to tell them. Thats common sense. if anybody gets interested, she will take the time and effort to find out what the product is. That is as easy as fixing up a face to face meeting and I'll tell them all about the product.

Secondly, the product is not Computers or Cars or anything generic. Otherwise I would have tried selling it myself. I work according to plans and my plans (and my brains) say a girl can to it better than a guy.

Thirdly, sales in not my forte, thats why i'm looking for sales people,

and finally I'm already involved in another business, hence I'm quite busy to do it just by myself.

Plus, (the bonus bit) I'm also looking forward to build a strong sales force.

Your already in business and can't afford a proper email address. Even if don't want to use your other business email a new one for this venture is only £1 a month. Let me get this right. You want high flying sales executives to come work for you with no salary and the promise of a share in the profits when you are not prepared to invest a £1 on an email address.

This is quite revealing actually, of how narrow minded you guys are. I'm referring to the guys who are making a fuss about the hotmail address. None of this is about ethnic origin...... you will find these guys from every walk of life. You guys are making assumptions before even having a conversation with me and finding out what the business and the product is.

Rather than concentrating, commenting and asking questions on the important bits of my post, you guys are wasting your time & mine on having a debate on an email address. Its just an email address. I choose which ever email address I want to use, If you guys don't like it, then f*** off. It's just a communication tool, just a method to have a conversation. Anyway I end this discussion here, I don't want to waste my time on people who have a gigantic ego problem and who's brains weight slightly less than peanut.

As for the guys who are telling/asking me why I'm not paying the sales exec. any money. The simple answer is that I don't have money to pay them myself. If I were a rich man I would definitely offered £50,000 + and all the usual benefits.

Frankly I'm willing to risk my time and energy into this venture coz I know that there is a lot of return at the end of it. And for me time is more precious than money.

You guys are thinking like employees, seeking that salary so that you can blow it all off in a nightclub/bar on the following weekend. This is the reason I have been very specific with what I'm looking for.

I'm not seeking employees, I'm seeking entrepreneurs, people who take risks. People who don't mind not getting paid regular salaries. People who see and aim for the bigger picture.

Oh and I almost forgot...... Some guy over here has also assumed that this business has not made a penny at all or that I'm gonna be having a bottle of moet while people sell for me. Well for your kind information it has made money in the past, and quite a bit of it. The only problem is that in the recent months the business has gone down (due to the actions of another narrow minded person like some here), that's where I come in. I'm trying to revive this business with the help of some real business minded entrepreneurs and take it to a whole new level.

But all that I'm getting here are people who are making a fuss about email address, assumptions of this business being a brothel or that I think british people are stupid. What I know now is that there are some stupid time wasters on this website and I don't care whether you are British or French or Asian or Chinese or whaever. Talking of Chinese, no wonder they are making more progress than the people here. Guys do yourself a favour. Stop making assumptions and more importantly stop wasting your time writing out all these assumptions.

You Ruben have completely lost the plot. Members on here were trying to give you constructive advice mixed with a bit of humour to show what your proposition looks like to others. As regards the email address. It is NOT just any old email address. In the UK as far as business and indeed consumers are concerned a Hotmail address is regarded as cheap - spam and almost certainly a scam.. It is not just an email address then. You are putting up a bloody big sign outside your store which say's BEWARE THIS IS PROBABLY DODGY

As far as salaries and the like are concerned - again members including myself were trying to tell you what you are up against and I will spell it out.
