Their status page says they had a power failure last night but transaction processing has been restored.
My website can't talk to protx, I get the error:
> This transaction attempt has failed. We are unable to
> redirect you back to the web store from which you
> were purchasing. The details of the failure are given below.

> Status Detail: 5005 : The Vendor configuration is missing or invalid.
Anyone else having problems ?

Found this on the Protx forum. Looks like only new Protx accounts are affected.
Hi Guys
Really sorry for the delay on the update, we are providing information as soon as we can.
We are currently experiencing a reduced service caused by the power outage of our primary site.
At present most vendors are processing transactions as normal however some of our most recent vendors will be unable to process transactions at all.
Historical transactions are unavailable at the moment which means it is not possible to process refunds and releases and any other transactions where historical information is required (hence the issue with the RelatedVPSTxId you were seeing MikkyX).
The Protx Live service team are currently working to fix this issue and normal service is expected to resume shorty.
We can only apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
Please bear with us and I'll update you with any more information as I receive it..

Bit of a nightmare, especially on a monday of all days. All our transactions are deferred and we cannot release them as there is no record of payment.

I can't even take transactions, click "Checkout" in the shopping cart and I get the error :-(
