Just a quick post to say thanks for all the responses to my recent post on dealing with a non payer.
Nigel marsh at acp-online has been particularly helpful. I cant recommend him and his company enough - nigel has made himself constantly available over the last week or so and even has a live chat option on his site where i've found him to be very friendly and provided clarity when it was desperately needed..
Although the situation has yet to be resolved Nigel has taken some of the stress out of it by offering clear advice and a route to getting this sorted without racking up more debt - just what you want when youre trying to recover money youve worked hard for...
