looking for a good offshore service provider

hello! I'm about to register a LLC in the US. Does anyone know any good service provider? Have you heard anything about Coddan company or perhaps you can recommend any other company

No-one else has popped in so I feel I can say, my company can help.

You don't say what state you are intending using but I will guess it's Delaware. Try Delaware Corporate Services Inc. - they can set you up for trade in all states and also have an office in New York if you want a NY entity. They are owned by a UK company, Law Debenture.
