Protected words - business description?

I have a category for Architects in my directory, which I am strict about
who I allow to register in, as architects is a protected word.
Which other protected words do I need to be careful of if people register
in that category.
i.e.
I have a category for accountants, is accountant a protected word?

Unfortunately the answer is no, anyone can call themselves an accountant. The terms chartered account, certified chartered accountant etc are restricted and can only be used by members of those professional bodies.
