I am 22 and live in london, I build and design websites to go with the latest trends and interests.
For a few years I have been dealing in seo/sem and have set up a business this year which has taken off nicely.
The site generates a nice amount of income per month but does require a fair bit of my time. I work full-time for an offline company so I can only spend several hours a day on the site.
I’m looking for an investor or business partner with abit of capital. At the moment the site generates a nice bit of profit without much work and has the potential to earn alot more but due to my full-time job I can’t spend as much time as I wanted.
My goal is to quit my full-time job as soon as possible but am wary about taking the leap.
The site you will be investing in is adsitecentral.com. Every month so far the profit has gone up and every penny taken in by the site is 100% profit as they are paying for my services which I can teach to others.
The money from the investor will be used to expand and hire someone to help me with the work and give me that security to quite my day job.
This site is going to be around for a long time as my services will always be needed. I have promoted the site well so far and it’s currently taking money/orders and will continue to grow each month.
My full-time job is holding this site back but I need the financial security before quitting my day job.
At the moment due to the amount of order I receive I have stopped promoting the site and orders are still coming in. This is a sound investment and you can earn back what I'm asking for in 12 - 18 months. (if not sooner)
