I think my last thread maybe was too long and confused people I've now cut it down In an existing business there are two partners who's names are both on the lease doc there is no partnership agreement signed between them. My friend is has put all the money into the business while the other partner has only brought the experience into the business.

the partner has taken over the business and is making my friends life miserable and intimidates him when he goes into the business. The partner has now got his family running the business with him.

the partner has been taking all the money coming into the business and paying himself a wage, the rest of the money he has been putting into his personal account.

is there any thing my friend can do about the other partner like remove him from the business since he has not contributed any money into the business and all the money he has made so far he has kept himself. if my friend was to change the menu on the business then he would not require his experience therefore can he remove him from the business.

You can provide your business information in an email as an alterntive now or wait until August when the content is archived on the site. Alternatively your friend can get access to email advice by emailing the information shown here http://www.limeone.com/home/Free_Law again he or she will need to provide details of their business to obtain free information.
