Young and Hungry?!

Need a younger, hungrier like minded individual to invest or just kick my arse into gear. I'm looking to start a Car/Van Rental firm in Surrey/Hampshire. I'm investment comfortable but CASH POOR! (so, what I'm saying is I have noooo capital but I can beg, steal and/or borrow. Advice/Help/Investment/Knowledge and Stamina required. Who's out there? Who's feeling brave? If it Flies, Floats or (drives) always rent it-it's cheaper in the long run- Felix Dennis :D

Hi Bartozzi. I could perhaps help with 3 of the 5 items. You need to get the investment and stamina yourself - especially the last. And this is probably the hardest one to maintain! It'll be a long slog before you'll see any results. Do you have the determination to see this through?

What have you done in regards to a business plan and SWOT so far?

I can provide support and advice but I only if you are prepared to put 110% in to it. Sounds like you are a little defeated already???

It's not defeat your sensing, more trepidation at this stage! I'm still in the process of research and have just taken a part time position at Enterprise car rentals to get some more information on the business. I'm the kind of person that does not base anything on assumption..I have to know the facts before I embark on anything!

I guess at this stage I'm trying to find a person or people who share the same kind of vision and ideas regarding the vehicle rental business. I would gladly welcome your help and support and I'll certainly keep you posted on any progress I make.

In the meantime, if you have any suggestions or know of anyone who has more knowledge in this area please let me know.
