Money transfer solution

Hi,

I am programming a website and i have to provide to my users a fully integrated solution allowing them to withdraw money.
Moreover I need to find a solution for users who have to pay me monthly. I don't want to use the online banking solutions existing because i don't want to type manually all these transfers (I think i ll get hundreds transfers per month).
Please do you know where can I find these solutions ?

I think the solution exists because gambling website already use it.

I have to do what paypal does, it allows customers to put money in their paypal account and to withdraw it. I don't find anything to make an electronic transfer between my company's account and the customer's account. When you use Goole adsense you can withdraw the money you won. I am looking for the solution which allows a company to make an automatic transfer to its customers.
