Hi everyone
A couple of years ago i used to sell on ebay but left it in the end
I also have run a website for a few months since then but all in all, I was one of these people who thought it was easy to earn money online. Since then i have been in to seo, affiliate marketing and have now paid off my debts i managed to build up by not doing things properly. Even on the ebay forums i see people looking to start up thinking it will be easy, on their way up the learning curve to :)
For many reasons I am looking to starti afresh as a merchant and investigating the up to date laws on distant selling
Does anyone have any links they have found useful, or could let me know the main things to look out for
Am i right in thinking your name and company address is required on the site, but phone number can be got away with. There will be a contact us form.
