Amex Payments Through Paypal

Hi All

We have Paypal payments pro (PPP) But we are unable to process and American express cards.

I have contacted the PPP team and they say that we can send a PayPal money request but this fails every time with Amex as well.

The trouble is we have stock going into the USA next week and we really need to get this sorted.

Has anyone actually managed to take an Amex payment through PPP?

Ie.

How are you processing?
What cart are you are using?
Do you get a rejection code, because it could be amex refusing and not PayPal.
