Creating E-bay Seller account

My partner is trying to create an ebay seller account but it is asking for both bank details and debit card details.

Now bank details are ok but she does not have a debit card only a pre-paid card and ebay is not accepting that.

How else is she supposed to create a sellers account? She oviously has all the I.D. etc should ebay need that.

use yours or a family members debit/credit card. its only for activation. just make sure seller fees come out of her bank account
