Ltd Co with same name as dissolved ltd co

Can someone please enlighten me? If a ltd co is dissolved at Companies House, how soon afterwards can another company be set up with the same name?

The next day, although bear in mind that if the gap is as short as this and particularly if the previous company was insolvent before dissolution, you may receive creditor mail intended for the original company for a while.

Thanks jaydee. I dissolved a company a few years ago and it came to my notice that there is another company now trading under the same name - nothing to do with me. Just curious really.
