I run a consultancy business from Romford looking to help any SME who wants expertise in import and export finance - how to manage foreign exchange risk, what currency to invoice in, letters of credit, bills of exchange, Incoterms, etc. etc. Most of my business comes through referrals and networking. I'm looking for suitable networking events in E/NE London and Essex area where I can raise profile. Any suggestions, please? My main issue is that I find it difficult to commit to the same day each week, so those where weekly attendance is mandatory just do not work for me [BNI/BRX/Select, etc]. I know you can send a substitute to fill in for you but that's only OK on an occasional basis - I'm talking more about possibly 1 week in 2 at times! Ideally, I'm looking for something that is less frequent than weekly - breakfast, lunch or evening isn't an issue.
