Hi, just to be on the safe side, if my company qualify as a small-sized one and claims audit exemption, I only have to deliver an abbreviated balance sheet (+ notes) to CH. Is that correct ? Nothing more than that (speaking of CH only) ??? Thanks

CH has an online template which you can use for this.

Thanks, but I just want to make sure that is all I need to send to CH (no other details/docs/appendixes/etc...?) :|

Hi. Just to say that, in addition to my operating company, I have some dormant companies that I do the filing for. The Companies House website is very user friendly once you have got your security log in and passwords set up. You need to do this several days before you can actually file any documents. Once you are set up as a verified user, the systems for submitting information are very easy to use. Plus, there is a full information service, so any questions you have can be answered there by using the search service. I was pretty impressed after I had got everything going.

Yes, balance sheet and notes is all that is required (assuming it's not a parent company).
