Ever wanted to open your own Bistro / Bar / Restaurant and didnt have the start up costs?
I have a Coffee and Sandwich Bar just a stones throw away from the M1 Junction 15 on Grange Park
Our trading hours are 8.30am till 5pm Monday - Saturday
If anyone would like to talk to me about a possible business venture you would have for the coffee and sandwich bar outside of these hours then please do so.
We would like £600 a week for the rental of the shop
It has 38 covers inside and further seating outside for another 11 (we are allowed upto 24 outside)
The interior is superb with tiled floor, sofas, breakfast bar, plants etc
This would be your own project - you can use our kitchen facilities but we have no oven apart from a small jacket potato oven. The shop is not licensed but this could be applied for.
