Struggling to find a lawyer

im so clueless when it comes to law and also the act of acually finding a lawyer who specialises in my field. I want someone thourough because my main competition has the capacity to sue me into next century. I may have issues with Intellectual rights etc.

can anyone point me in the direction or a lawyer or firm or any sources that might help me?
