Hi Folks
I live in Northern Ireland and want to trade as a self employed appointed rep for a company based in England dealing in debt solutions , the English reps trade under the umbrella of the companies credit licence, would it be legal for me to do so as well ?or would the licence not cover N Ireland.

Thanks

Steve

Are you going to be dealing with the debt solutions or merely forwarding on the leads to another company? And CCL's cover all parts of the UK.

Many thanks , i am going to be acting on behalf of an English company working at providing solutions such as debt management or re mortgages etc..., i will do the fact finds and work out the remedy and it will be implemented by the company in England , i had been led to believe that differences in the laws of the two countries although both in the uk would mean that i would need my own licence

We have a company one where the admin side is done in Northern Ireland and its registered there yet still covers all the UK, so don't understand your comment on different laws.
