Hi all,
I would welcome any advice on either how to find a partner or what the legal aspects are, thus far I have been a sole trader offering marine services and retail, but over the last few months I have been dedicating 80% of my time to setting up a not-for-profit organisation Harbour Watch (hence the username).
As Harbour Watch takes off I am not going to be able to do my business justice, so wanted to sell half to someone but remain on hand.
What are my chances and what are the pitfalls?
