View Full Version : Unfair Subscribtion Fees

I was doing research for university work and i signed up to the free trial and expected to receive an email or some sort of communication to ask if i wanted to continu the subscription, but i did not. Then my company received an invoice for £395 my MD contacted me and said sort it out (in a manner of sort it out or your out). So i emailed them and faxed them constantly and received no contact back. Then i received an email saying our credit controller will contact you soon. She did and she wouldnt listen to anything i said and wound me up so much i put the phone down.

Has anyone got any solutions to this? As im going on holiday at the end of the month and paying the invoice will stop me going.

I am not the only person on this forum with this problem, there is a thread in the general business forum under e-tender and other on-line tender websites. I would of posted a link but i haven't made 15 posts yet.
