Can anyone who uses SecureTrading's XPay system give me any feedback to the service? What is there uptime like? Support? Etc?

I have a customer who uses st and we are v happy with the service.
The admin interface is easy, and from a development view the integration is also very easy.
I find the support guys are v.good...all uk based in north wales.
