I have a business website, I want to propaganda it. I have tried to post advertiments to blogs and forums. But most of forums don`t allow ads. Is there anyone can tell me how to propaganda my website efficiently? Thank you very much.

At least your not spamming, best way is to find relevant sites and ask them if they post a link on their site to your site then you'll do the same

Use forums properly. Don't go straight to one and post an ad for your business. That's not how it works. You'll most likely get banned.

Instead you need to ease your way in, help others and in the end you'll get out what you put in and like you have done here, ask valid questions. :)

Have you tried things like PPC (Pay Per Click) advertising like on Google?

as above, 'Linkswapping' is a good idea, the trick is to get high quality links into your website, that way your ranking should pick up.

You can try some digital agencies, or create a viral game which is a great way to advertise your website / product
