Ebay: Paypal payment notification change

For some reason my paypal notifications from Ebay no longer contain the payees delivery address. This means going back into my Paypal account every time someone makes a purchase which is time consuming and somewhat annoying me.
Have Paypal or Ebay changed policy about the notification information they send to sellers via email or have I changed a setting somewhere ?????
Can anyone shed some light on this please.

Its odd sometimes they do and other times they don't, there is a drop down for the paypal user to select to include their address or not, it could be that and you can enforce it in PayPal's settings.

If you have selling manager enabled you can get the address details from there, thats how I do my orders.

I've seen this on other boards - it does seem like PayPal have changed their policy. Can't think why. Maybe it's an anti-scamming thing? That would make sense.
