have posted threads regarding the financial problems with our ltd company some good advice as to what to do but can anyone answer this the company has 2 separate trading businesses one selling online and one a public house which is on a lease and is also our home if the company goes broke or similar can we keep the pub as the lease is guaranteed personally by me and the fixtures and fitting were purchased by me although the vat was reclaimed through the company any help out there

An insolvency practitioner will be best placed to advise you on this matter, but the directors are often able to acquire all or part of the company's business on appropriate terms

It would be highly unusual to have two separate businesses under the same limited entity as the accounting would be a nightmare and as you imply one could bring the other down. I would get one business hived off into a new company asap.
