Hi,

Can I get an information subpoena from the County court to force the council to give me a copy of a tenancy agreement that I gave them for a tenant.They took the original and I did not get a copy.I now need the tenancy agreement to recover a bad debt.

Freedom of Information Act should get you the info you need, and will probably cost you a tenner.
