One for the accounting forum - also - but I was also after the side as seen by site owners.

I am surrently using paypal pro and shall be adding another payment option soon.

What is perhaps the best or easiest or neatest way to handle the accounts side.

Is it ...

Transfer over all sales as a daily or weekly amount and as a total to my accounts package and also withdraw the funds from paypal to match this amount.
I assume I have to account for sales inc VAT in full and then the paypal fees come off this and are exempt for VAT.

Any pointers or comments from those already doing something like this.

Ta.

it is easier to account in batches, e.g. weekly, however, if the accounting software manages stocks etc, you may want to do it sale by sale.

This might help (http://api.kashflow.co.uk/downloads/PPKonnect/). Soon to be officially endorsed by Paypal :)

Sorry I am a QB fan and user.

I would suggest you add a title explaining more what this can do and is all about at the top of the page.

But thanks for the thought. Should tick the boxes for a few and good luck with it.

Give it a few years and you might have sped past Intuit!

If you do enough searching, I'm sure you'll find something similar for QB.
