This may be too complicated to do, but I wondered if the tenders and jobs could be made subject specific so that those who click on the notification option would get an email of posts on the topic they're interested in.
For example, I can't be on here all the time, but if I could be emailed when tenders are posted for my services, I would be able come straight to the site and reply. This has to be better than finding that by the time I next check the forum, lots of others have given suggestions and I've lost the chance of tendering (especially annoying if the suggestions were for businesses that aren't members on this site).
(The above is just an example and meant for everybody's benefit not just mine.)
