Advice Required - Name/Copy Infringement

I have discovered another business with a very similar name to CS New Media, they've also stolen images and copy from our website.

I've been unable to trace the postal address of the owner and they are not listed on the electoral roll, but I do know their full name, town and county.

What is the best course of action to take with this?

You could report it to their hosting provider in the first instance and threaten court action against them if they fail to disclose their full details including address. It would be unlikely to reveal those details but the threat of it may stop their hosting. You would then need to take action for passing off- and also need to trace the person involved- you need their full address- which would need to be risk assessed for you as if they have no means to pay a claim you could waste a lot of funds in such a case as this.

Are the details not on the whois for the domain, or is it through a domain privacy proxy service?
