Terms and Conditions

Hi everyone

I'm hoping someone can assist me? I have just been listed by a retailer but before they will give me the order I have to supply them with my 'Terms & Conditions'.

This may sound weird to you but I've never been asked this before and have thus never prepared one.

I understand that I would obviously put payment terms but I'm wondering what conditions would be?

Is there perhaps a standard template available that one can adapt to one's own use?

I'd really appreciate your help.

You should be able to find a template on various document websites, like click docks...or a search in google. :)

Thanks Antonia, I sorted it out but I looked at your website and shall certainly bear you in mind.

We may be entering into agreements with companies in the UK. Our attorney would do the draft here but it would be nice to have a UK attorney vet it to make sure it will hold up - although all our documents say that if things went wrong then procedures would take place in S.Africa.
