Hello! Does anyone know if a bankrupcy that took place in 1994 (discharged in 1997) would fall under the statute of limitations? The Insolvency Service is attempting to seize my pension this year (with no warning!).
Many thanks for your helpl Mr. P.

How should I tackle the Realisations Department concerning my Pension? Via a solicitor or ombudsman? (as they’ve not followed procedures correctly?) Many thanks for your help.
