How long does it normally take...?

HI,
how long does it normally take for someone from UKBF to answer a query? I have sent 3 this week, the last on Wednesday, about a problem with my posts.
The problem hasn't happened for a day or 2, so perhaps it was fixed, although it wasn't happeneing all the time anyway.
I also submitted to the Offers section, and whilst it gave an acknowledgment, I haven't heard back about that either. I was careful to abid by the rules for posting there, and I thought my offer was much more generous than some of the blatant spam that gets through.
Perhaps I am worrying too soon! Anyone any experience with this?

Hi Bigfoot, I'm very sorry that this has happened. I cant recall receiving an email from you but we do get a high volume of mail so possibly it could have got lost. Can you send me a pm or resubmit your query through the contact form? We will look at your problems as soon as we can.

Hello Paula, thanks.
I didn't send any stand alone emails as such, all the queries were submittted through the contact form.
Unfortunately, the contact form was also intermittently having the same bug that I was getting when trying to start or reply to a thread, so I kept trying until I got it in a good mood! I think to get those 3 accepted I tried about 20 times.
